1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the DXP Multi Resources Limited Bitcoin Farming and APR Trade Platform ("Platforms"), including all related services, features, and content provided by DXP Multi Resources Limited. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you must not use the Platform for any purpose. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including but not limited to registered users, traders, Bitcoin Farming participants and APR trade signal program.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms, as well as any additional policies, guidelines, or rules referenced herein or made available on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy. DXP Multi Resources Limited reserves the right to update these Terms at its sole discretion, and your continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement: You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The Platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18.

3.2 Knowledge and Consent: You acknowledge that your use of the Platform is voluntary and at your own discretion, with full awareness of the risks involved in trading cryptocurrencies.

4. Risk Acknowledgment

4.1 Trading Risks: You acknowledge that trading cryptocurrencies is inherently risky due to market volatility, unforeseen circumstances, and other factors. Dianex Profit does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or success of any trading signals or strategies provided through the Platform.

4.2 No Financial Advice: The trading signals, content, and materials provided on the Platform are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on the use of the Platform or its signals.

4.3 Personal Responsibility: You agree to conduct your own independent research and due diligence before participating in any trading activities or depositing funds into the APR trade signal program. You should consult a licensed financial advisor or professional before making any investment or trading decisions.

5. Financial Responsibilities

5.1 Assumption of Losses: You agree to bear all financial losses incurred as a result of your participation in the APR trade signal program or any other trading activities on the Platform. And that fee paid after Sign up for bitcoin farming program is not refundable.

5.2 Affordability: You agree to trade only with funds you can afford to lose and confirm that any funds deposited into the Platform are not borrowed capital.

5.3 Deposit and Withdrawal Terms:  

Profit Withdrawal: You agree that any realized profits from APR trade signals may only be withdrawn after a minimum trading period of seven (7) days.  

Capital Withdrawal: You agree that any withdrawal of your initial capital from the APR trade signal program will take effect only after the completion of a ten (10) month trading cycle, as determined by Dianex Profit.

Trading Capital Bonus withdrawal: You agree that your withdrawal of trading capital TCP on bitcoin farming program will only be done when you fulfill the requirements involved.

5.4 profit accessabilty: You agree a weekly profit of 0.1% to 0.5% per risk management as a share of your APR signal trade profit. 

 

6. User Obligations

6.1 Compliance with Laws: You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.

6.2 Prohibited Activities: You must not engage in any activities that could harm, disrupt, or impair the functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to: Attempting to manipulate or misuse trading signals;  

Using the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;  

Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, and features available on the Platform, including trading signals, software, and other materials, are the property of DXP Multi Resources Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Platform for personal trading purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission from DXP Multi Resources Limited

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

8.1 The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8.2 DXP Multi Resources Limited does not guarantee the performance of the Platform, the accuracy of trading signals, Bitcon farming program, or the achievement of any specific financial outcomes. You assume all risks associated with the use of the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DXP Multi Resources Limited, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from trading activities or reliance on trading signals. This limitation applies regardless of whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DXP Multi Resources Limited, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including but not limited to 100,000,000 Naira) arising out of or related to:

(a) your use of the Platform,

(b) violation of these Terms, or

(c) infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

DXP Multi Resources Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [ Federal Republic of Nigeria]. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through mediation. Should this fail, a litigation shall take effect and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Fedral Republic of Nigeria.

13. Changes to These Terms

DXP Multi Resources Limited may update these Terms at its sole discretion. Any changes will be posted on the Platform, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
